Both teams look improved from 2017 especially on O. It was a shock seeing Rice hang with Houston but watching Hawaii put 59 on Navy was incredible. Hawaii may have really turned the corner here and I expect them to take care of business at home over a team that does not subscribe to many podcasts that teach D. Rolo's Rainbow Warriors roll to 3-0!
